Shipping

Orders ship from Los Angeles within two business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days by USPS or UPS. Shipping is $6.95, and free on orders over $60. We ship to all fifty US states. International shipping comes later; join the list below and we will tell you when.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Shoes must be unworn outside, with the original box. Please try them on a rug or carpet at home; scuffed soles are the one thing we cannot take back.

To start a return, email hello@[domain pending] with your order number. We send a prepaid return label the same business day, and $6.95 is deducted from your refund to cover it. If we sent the wrong item or a defective pair, the label is on us and the refund is full.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. We email you when it arrives and again when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

Your first exchange ships free. Email us the size you need and we will set the new pair aside while your return travels back.

Final sale

Nothing on the site is final sale unless the product page says so.
